Your session location will be confirmed in your booking email.

Please arrive for the session start time. Simply come in, get settled, and enjoy the role play fun!

Children must be supervised at all times.

Age Guidance

Pretend Town is designed for children aged 6 and under.

Non-walking baby siblings are free with a paying child (no ticket needed).

A small baby area will be available at all sessions

Health & Cancellations

If your child or anyone in your household is unwell (COVID-19, chickenpox, hand foot & mouth, etc.) we kindly ask that you don’t attend.
Bookings can be transferred up to 24 hours before your session. We don’t offer refunds on tickets.
